Home for Mentally Retarded Children

A Safe Haven for Vulnerable Children

In 2013, Muskan Sansthan took a significant step towards supporting one of the most vulnerable groups in the tribal regions of southern Rajasthan by establishing a home for mentally retarded children. Due to the severe lack of education and nutrition in the area, many children suffer from disabilities, particularly mental illnesses. Sadly, in many cases, these children were mistreated due to a lack of understanding, often being beaten or even tied in chains by their families, who were unaware of how to care for them. Muskan Sansthan has been working tirelessly to rescue these children, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Today, many of these children, once bound by chains, are working, earning, and living independent, fulfilling lives. Muskan Sansthan is proud of the incredible transformation these children have achieved, thanks to the care and attention they receive. Our home for mentally retarded children stands as a testament to our belief in the potential of every individual, regardless of their circumstances, and our commitment to creating a better future for all.
